As a PE (Physical Education) Teacher, you will promote participation, teamwork, and resilience through diverse physical activities, creating a positive environment where pupils build confidence, develop skills, and enjoy staying active. Responsibilities: Deliver well-organised physical education lessons suited to different abilities. Promote teamwork, fair play, and positive behaviour during activities. Support pupils in developing coordination, fitness, and confidence. Maintain a safe and well-managed learning environment. Monitor progress and encourage personal improvement. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience working confidently as a PE Teacher. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. A clear understanding of safeguarding and health and safety practices. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
