Duties
* Conduct assessments and carry out repairs on customer vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues
* Perform MET, electrical, and panel repairs with precision and attention to detail
* Strictly follow vehicle manufacturer repair procedures and safety protocols as a MET Technician
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain workflow efficiency and ensure high customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate repair records and complete diagnostic reports
Requirements
* ATA qualification or equivalent technical certification as a MET Technician or auto electrician
* Proven experience working within a fast-paced automotive body repair or crash repair environment
* Experience working on premium brands such as Mercedes, Audi, BMW, etc. is highly desirable
* Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with a focus on quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
