Role Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Health Visitor to work in the 0‑19 Service working for Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and manage a caseload of universal partnership and partnership plus families.
* Involve in a range of public health activities within a geographical area, including individuals, groups and communities.
* Act as a key stakeholder in safeguarding children, working collaboratively with other agencies to meet their needs.
* Apply knowledge of Clinical Governance, Risk Management, audits and relevant Professional Codes.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Adaptable, reliable, compassionate, approachable.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, flexible solution‑focused and supportive of service development.
