Your new role As a Qualified Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality management reporting, financial analysis, and KPI tracking to support business performance. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across finance and operations, providing insights that influence decision-making and help shape future strategy. Key responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis. Development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs). Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning support. Business partnering with operational teams to drive performance. Continuous improvement of reporting processes and systems. Supporting year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements. What you'll need to succeed ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience. Strong background in management accounting and financial analysis. Proven ability to interpret and present financial data to non-finance stakeholders. Experience with KPI development and performance reporting. Excellent Excel and financial systems skills. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
