Hybrid Working in the Following Locations: Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen The Company: A dynamic Construction Consultancy is seeking Quantity Surveyors at various levels - QS, Senior QS, and Associate - to support major projects in the Power, Energy and Nuclear sector in Scotland and across the UK This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career while working on high-profile energy projects, including renewables, high voltage transmission and also another project within the Nuclear (Infrastructure) sector Whether youre an experienced professional or looking to step into a leadership role, youll contribute to shaping the future of the energy industry while enjoying a supportive, flexible working environment The Role: Deliver accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting Administer contracts in alignment with project objectives and governance policies Proactively manage cost variances, cash flow, and valuations Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programme performance, cost control, and value engineering objectives are met Assist with procurement and tender evaluations Lead commissions and oversee cost management delivery Manage contract change processes and ensure compliance with governance and best practices Qualifications/ Requirements: You could be working as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager for either a Construction Consultancy, Contractor or working Client side - Must have strong understanding/ working experience of NEC3/4 contracts focussing on Infrastructure projects (could be Utilities, Highways, Aviation, Power/ Energy/ Renewables, Nuclear or similar sector Education: Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline Professional Memberships: Ideally MRICS, MCIPS, or working towards similar (desirable)
