Engineering Manager (Maintenance & Process Engineering) We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop both the Maintenance and Process Engineering functions within a regulated manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role, accountable for ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, driving process improvements, and maintaining compliance with relevant safety, and environmental standards. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage multi‑skilled engineering teams and play a key role in delivering operational excellence across the site. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Engineering Lead an effective Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and calibration programme. Manage the site CMMS to ensure accurate planning and recording of work. Prioritise engineering activities in partnership with Production and Planning. Manage contractors, permits to work, and all H&S compliance requirements. Provide data‑driven insights into machine performance and downtime reduction. Ensure engineering support is available across all shift patterns, including occasional out‑of‑hours cover.
