We are looking for Front of House Event & Bar Staff Members who are flexible and share our energy and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ardoch Loch Lomond sits in a spectacular location with wonderful views over Loch Lomond. We boast 18-bedrooms and event space in this, private, beautiful exclusive use property. Ardoch was gifted to the Scottish charity CHAS in October 2020 and we operate as a unique "profit for purpose" venue, with the aim to build sustainable revenue for CHAS. As part of the team, not only will you enjoy working in this beautiful location, but coupled with the knowledge that we are a charity and helping deliver fundraising for this great cause, whilst doing a job that you are passionate about.
Duties will include, but are not restricted to:
* Waiting Tables
* Bar Tending
* Event set-up and breakdown
* Washing up, cleaning, and basic housekeeping
Shifts will vary depending on our events, so you must be flexible to work shift patterns between 7am and 1am.

The successful candidates will work as part of the team to deliver an exceptional client experience for a wide range of events including weddings, corporate meetings, private celebrations, and retreats.
Due to the nature and location of the position you must:
* Be over 18 years old
* Be available to work evenings and weekends.
* Have a clean driver's license, and your own transport
* Have a good level of English both spoken and understanding.
* Have certificate for 2 hours Scottish Licence Training (not essential as training will be given)
We offer a competitive rate of pay of £12.60 per hour whilst continually adhering to the Real Living Wage, on a zero contract basis and issue rotas one month in advance allowing our staff to plan ahead. Successful candidates would be available to start from end March/ beginning April 2026.
