Responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of all Repair & Maintenance activities across client assets, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with client and company standards.,
* Scope and estimate R&M (Repairs & Maintenance) work orders raised by the client to ensure accurate costing and planning.
* Raise support work orders as required to facilitate ongoing maintenance activities.
* Close work orders upon completion, ensuring all documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
* Prepare and submit CTRs for approval by the client.
* Plan and coordinate work in collaboration with asset planners to align with operational schedules.
* Assign supervisors to planned work, ensuring appropriate resources are allocated.
* Update all R&M trackers to maintain visibility of work progress and performance metrics.
* Request purchase orders from procurement for vendor fabrication and materials as required.
* Expedite orders placed with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Responsible for ensuring professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are undertaken in a timely manner
* Adherence to the company integrated management system
* Compliance with quality assurance, health and safety and environmental policies
* Demonstrate and promote PD&MS QHSE principles and lead by example
* Ensure unsafe activities are challenged
