Our client, a market leader within the North London property market, is actively looking to recruit a new Sales Negotiator to expand their growing branch. Based in Notting Hill, you will be operating and selling from one of the most desirable locations in the capital.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with prospective buyers, providing detailed information on available properties.
2. Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each home.
3. Negotiate and finalise sales.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients.
Requirements:
1. One year of experience in estate agency.
2. Resilient and self-motivated.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
This role will be paying £25,000-27,000 Basic Salary & £65k+ OTE.
