The Role
* Full-time High Level Teaching Assistant position
* Supporting students aged 14–18 with severe SEN needs
* Working hours: 8.30am to 4pm
* Supporting learning at a secondary level, including structured interventions and small-group work
* Assisting with personal development, communication, and independence skills
* Immediate start available

Requirements
* Minimum 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly supporting children or young people with SEN
* Experience working with severe or complex needs is highly desirable
* Confident supporting learning under the direction of teaching staff
* Patient, resilient, and committed to inclusive education
* Must be able to drive due to the location of the setting
