About the opportunity
You will be a key part of a team passionate about delivering unforgettable customer care, with the support, resources, and progression opportunities provided by the biggest brand in healthcare.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Leading clinics and providing specialist care and advice to all patients
* Testing eyes using the latest technology while maintaining outstanding patient care
* Delivering enhanced services based on store needs
* Responding to emergency triages
* Collaborating with external healthcare professionals
* Providing clinical support to team members on the shop floor
* Offering advice to patients using your clinical knowledge
* Staying updated with the latest clinical practices
* Working closely with senior stakeholders
What you’ll need to have
The essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role:
* GOC registration (or expecting to be registered within the next 6 months)
* Additional registration with the relevant NHS body
* A drive to deliver excellent patient care
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* The motivation to ‘See What’s Possible’ for our teams, customers, and patients
