Job Overview
We are a leading digital insurance provider seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to support our Director and Leadership Team. Responsibilities include diary management, travel coordination, event support, correspondence, procurement, research, and presentation preparation.
Responsibilities
* Organise and maintain diary and meetings, ensuring the Director is well‑prepared.
* Arrange travel, visas and accommodation; accompany the Leadership Team to meetings and assist with presentations.
* Support event management – booking and organising off‑site events, business communications and engagement activities.
* Deal with incoming email, including acting on behalf of the Director.
* Screen enquiries and requests and handle them appropriately.
* Meet and greet visitors, liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
* Devise and maintain office systems, including procurement and expense management.
* Conduct background research, produce briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Required Skills & Experience
* Background as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably in Financial Services.
* Excellent senior stakeholder management – proven track record interacting with senior management and external partners.
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
* Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining organization and time‑management skills.
* Research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely.
* Proactive initiative, discretion and understanding of confidentiality issues.
