Electrical Project Manager - Gold Card, SSSTS/SMSTS or similar
A fast growing and well-established electrical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their ever-growing team.
This role would suit someone with a proactive approach, strong leadership capability, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude. You would be responsible for overseeing projects from planning and design through to delivery, managing budgets and timelines, liaising with clients and senior management, coordinating site teams, and ensuring quality and programme targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Plan, design, execute, and monitor all aspects of projects.
• Client & Management Liaison: Meet with clients and management to discuss project costs, materials, and timelines.
• Proposal Development: Confident in making design changes and submitting variation costs.
• Communication: Handle emails and calls related to project development and updates.
• Team Coordination: Meet with team members for progress updates and problem-solving; assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure necessary resources are provided.
• Quality & Schedule Management: Review budgets, schedules, and project scopes while managing changes to keep projects on track.
Essential:
• Proactive work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent team working, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proven electrical experience.
• Must be a fully qualified gold card electrician at a minimum.
• SSSTS/SMSTS or similar is preferable (training available for the right candidate).
