Job Purpose
To support the Director of Finance, Audit and Assurance to set the direction for the Unit and lead the delivery of an effective and efficient whistleblowing and fraud investigation service for the Housing Executive. You will lead from the front in ensuring a robust Policy framework is in place to deal with whistleblowing and fraud effectively and ensure the delivery of a professional, proactive and customer orientated approach in support of Housing Executive objectives.
Requirements
* A) Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent Level 7* relevant qualification (e.g. Investigations, Compliance, Internal Audit, Governance, Fraud or Whistleblowing).
* OR
* Can demonstrate equivalent underpinning knowledge which must include a relevant Level 6* qualification plus continuing professional development e.g. accreditation with a relevant professional body, e.g. Investigations, Compliance, Internal Audit, Governance, Fraud or Whistleblowing.
