What We’re Looking For 5 years’ experience in digital or customer-facing roles 3 years in a Product Owner or similar role Proven experience working on a single product roadmap across multiple development teams Background in delivering both Mobile Apps and Websites Strong understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban) Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps Knowledge of APIs, web platforms, and customer identity management Excellent communication, quick thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and digital best practices Degree or equivalent experience; product management or Scrum certifications are a bonus Nice To Have Experience working on loyalty programmes or customer engagement tools Exposure to travel apps, B2B portals, SEO, or digital marketing Familiarity with cloud platforms or digital optimisation tools
