What we expect from you
This is an opportunity for an experienced Commis chef or established Chef de Partie to carve out a reputation at an iconic hotel and pub with a growing reputation. It's a chance to grow within a successful, friendly & independent hospitality group which encourages your development. With support from our Head Chef, we will expect you to play a big part in the team in cooking interesting, seasonal, local produce in a simple fashion. No towers or foams here We don't strive for awards but if you need a benchmark, we tend to cook at 2 rosette level in our restaurants and 1 rosette in our pubs.
We'll expect you to have good experience of cooking high quality food in a busy environment and we require good H&S knowledge to ensure our kitchens are always immaculate. You should be a confident but driven individual who is also a team player who brings the best out of the team around them.
