About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will work with a talented team of chefs to deliver a wide range of food across our buffet venues. You will work alongside a Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee small teams of commis chefs to deliver excellent quality every time. You are responsible for a specified section of the kitchen, ensuring the safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes in line with set recipe specifications and brand standards, and in compliance with the Food Safety Management System.
About You
* Motivated and keen to progress in a fast-paced and exciting brand.
* Experience in a similar role is essential; leadership experience and a willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) to keep the buffet venue running smoothly.
* Level 3 Food Safety qualification is desirable.
