In this high-impact role, you’ll be at the heart of customer engagement—driving satisfaction, ensuring retention, and acting as a passionate champion for the brand.

This is a hybrid role with three days per week in their Exeter office.
Responsibilities
* Manage full customer relationship from point of onboarding onwards
* Build strong relationships with internal client stakeholders
* Develop tailored plans for success, aligning with customer goals & commercial objectives
* Identify opportunities for upsell & cross-sell; collaborate with Account Management team to close commercial opportunities across the accounts
* Conduct regular client check-ins & health-checks
* Utilise data to provide insight into account success
* Collaborate with wider internal teams to drive success across the accounts
* Maintain full product knowledge, supporting customers in gaining the most from the platform as possible
The Successful Candidate
* 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
* Experience in the SaaS, technology or software space is ideal but not essential
* Proven track record of managing multiple accounts & driving account retention
* Commutable to Exeter 3x days per week

* Basic salary: up to £45,000
* OTE: +£5,000
