Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans.
* Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
* Assist with social, emotional, and behavioural development, promoting independence and confidence.
* Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual needs.
* Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

* Experience working with children with SEN (particularly in a primary setting) is desirable.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
