Job Description Customer Care Executive The Company A leading engineering company who specialise in the design and manufacture of industrial breaking systems and support products. The Role In this role you will serve as the primary contact for requests for orders, quotes and product questions. The work will include the following: Handles internal & external customer enquiries quotes & orders, utilizing established standard operating policies & procedures. Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions Work with internal teams with a high sense of accountability and urgency Handles standard customer escalations, autonomously with first contact resolution when possible. First contact of completing supplier portal or Supplier application form request by the customers Order status update – expediting the order by working closely with production & purchasing team The Candidate To apply for this role, you must have 1. Previous professional customer care experience within a manufacturing sales 2. Experience with SAP 3. Experience with CRM platforms 4. Demonstrated mechanical or technical aptitude preferred 5.
