We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 across the Enfield area. The role involves establishing relationships with young people, providing positive reinforcement, and acting as a positive role model to help guide them toward a successful future.
Responsibilities
* Work with a selection of students from Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, especially those who may be reluctant to open up.
* Provide behavioural guidance and mentorship, offering constructive support and positive reinforcement.
* Serve as a visible positive role model for young people.
Qualifications
* Prior experience working with troubled young people or youth support and community work.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate positivity verbally.
* Enhanced DBS check (required).
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, if applicable.
