We have an exciting opportunity for a Farm Assessor to join our team covering the Hertfordshire region. We are seeking someone with a hands-on agricultural background who is interested in becoming a Farm Assessor and joining our team focusing on Beef, Lamb and Combinable Crops on a zero-hour or subcontractor contract.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking someone who has experience and knowledge of the agricultural industry who can empathise and communicate with customers is crucial, alongside a farming background with exposure to Beef, Lamb and Combinable Crops.
Required skills and experience:
* Formal Qualification/Degree in Agriculture or a related field is desirable but not essential
* Relevant experience working with associated Agriculture areas (cattle/sheep/crops/organics etc) or in industry. Additionally, experience with any Red Tractor scheme would also be desirable
* Good communication, IT and organizational skills
* Strong writing and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
