Overview
This post is in ABL's Intensive Personalised Support Service (IPS), part of our Mental Health Division. IPS works with individuals (primarily young people), their families, and their networks to help them develop the skills they need, so the individual can feel safe in a stable home and have a good quality of life. Often our aim is to help move individuals identified as Edge of Care away from the edge so that they can stay home, but we recognise that occasionally a person‑centred approach may mean supporting the individual to transition into, out of, or to maintain a residential placement.
