Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant: Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and additional learning or behavioural needs. Help pupils to overcome learning barriers and reach their full potential in a supportive and structured environment. Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure a consistent and nurturing approach to each child's learning journey. Promote inclusion and encourage confidence, resilience, and independence among all pupils. What We're Looking For: ✅ Essential: Experience supporting children with SEN in a school, care, or youth setting.
