Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage and nurture relationships with national grocery accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with company objectives to increase product placement, visibility, and sales within grocery chains.
3. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment with account-specific needs and strategies.
4. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities within the grocery segment to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic plans.
5. Negotiate terms, pricing, promotions, and contracts with grocery accounts to maximize profitability and brand visibility.
6. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to evaluate account performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Forecast sales projections, set targets, and develop action plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
