Overview
Do you want to be part of a newly established, dynamic property team involved in a wide range of exciting projects across the City, delivering Salford's ambitious property strategies and pipeline? This is the role for you.
Responsibilities
* Appoint and report to the Senior Property Surveyor as part of the property management team and undertake all day-to-day property management activities to support the strategic asset management plan, property strategies and financial requirements.
* Manage a personal caseload of various property types to meet revenue targets, protect asset values and minimise costs.
* Undertake inspections, valuations, negotiations, acquisitions and disposals of land and property from inception through completion.
* Undertake new lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals to maximise revenue returns from the non-operational estate.
Qualifications
* Technically qualified to degree level and professionally qualified from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (or equivalent), with extensive practical application of knowledge post-qualification.
* Extensive knowledge of prevailing legislation relating to commercial property, including but not limited to Landlords and Tenants Acts.
