Job DescriptionJob Advert Falkirk Council operates 5 Resource Centres across the locality, providing care and support to adults in long term care, reablement and short breaks. As part of the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership, our care homes/Respite Service work closely with fellow professionals within a multidisciplinary team. Our care homes are well-established within their local communities, and we pride ourselves in employing a highly experienced, motivated, and passionate staff team who endeavour to work together and ensure a warm and welcoming environment focused on person-centred care.
\n\n We are looking to employ a temporary, part-time Night Senior Social Care Worker who can provide effective line management to our Night Social Care and Domestic workforce. The successful candidate will work across our 5 services, working as part of the management team to support the delivery of high-quality care and support to those in our care. \n Within our organisation, there are multiple learning opportunities for staff.
We place importance on training, development, and opportunities to progress within a supportive environment. \n Candidates must have experience of providing professional care and support to older people and adults with complex care needs. The candidate will be experienced in the supervision and support of professional care staff and be able to manage the service overnight.
