KeyResponsibilities
Maintainavalidforkliftcertificationandsafelyoperatematerial-handlingequipment.
Readandinterpretwritteninstructions,workorders,andoperationaldocumentation.
Prepareclear,intelligiblereportsrelatedtomaterialmovement,inventory,anddailyactivities.
Maintainthoroughknowledgeofplantlayout,includingstoragelocationsforrawmaterialsandfinishedproducts.
Processandmanageshippingandreceivingdocumentationaccuratelyandefficiently,followingcompanyprocedures.
Complywithallplantsafetypolicies,procedures,andbestpractices.
Performbasicmathematicalcalculationsrequiredforinventoryaccuracyandmaterialtransactions.
Supportoverallwarehouseefficiencythroughsafehandling,organization,andtimelyprocessingofmaterials.
Qualifications&Requirements
HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalent.
Completionofallon-the-jobtrainingrequirementsforMaterialSpecialistIandMaterialSpecialistII,perthecompanystrainingmatrix.
Minimum2+yearsofindustrialwarehousingexperienceordemonstratedequivalentcompetency.
Abilitytomaintainallrequiredcertifications.
Strongcommunicationskillsandabilitytoproduceclearwrittendocumentation.
Workingknowledgeofinventoryprocesses,materialflow,andwarehousedocumentation.
