HGV Technician Monday to Friday (Day Shifts)
Location:Wincanton, Somerset
Hours:40 hours per week (Day Shifts Only)
Pay:Circa £18.00 £18.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Were looking for a skilled and dependable HGV Technician to join our team based in Wincanton. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday day shift schedule and no weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs in line with VOSA standards

* Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issues efficiently

* Conduct safety checks, servicing, and MOT preparations

* Maintain accurate records of all work completed

* Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

* Fully qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* Previous experience working with heavy commercial vehicles

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* HGV licence preferred but not essential

* Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
