A PE-backed portfolio company in the financial services sector is looking for an interim Company Secretary or CoSec/Corporate Lawyer to join the business on a 6 month FTC basis with potential to extend or go permanent. Hybrid/remote working with some travel to offices outside of London on occasion. Reporting to the General Counsel the initial piece of work will be project based, review of current set-up, processes and systems with a view to implementing process improvements. Day to day responsibilities will also include delivering a broad range of Company Secretarial matters to the Group. This will involve attending regular Board meetings, maintaining companies registers, minutes and filings. You will also work closely with key stakeholders across the business and provide support on any corporate transactions. To be considered for this role you will either be a qualified career Company Secretary or a qualified lawyer who has also been operating in a CoSec capacity, preferably within a similar Private Equity backed environment.
