About
You'll advise top-tier clients including investment banks, asset managers, fintechs, and corporates on a wide range of structured finance transactions. The team is known for its innovative work across securitisation, derivatives, debt capital markets, and regulatory structuring.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation
* Advise on securitisation structures (RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, trade receivables, etc.)
* Support cross-border transactions and liaise with international offices
* Navigate UK and EU regulatory frameworks
* Collaborate with market-leading partners and mentor junior team members
Candidate Profile
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
* 2-5 years PQE in structured finance or related practice areas
* Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
