We are looking for a commercially drivenSales & Business Development Leadto take full ownership of new business growth and play a key role in our next stage of expansion, including US market development.
The Role
You will:
* Generate and close new business opportunities
* Represent Podymos at UK, EU and US congresses
* Manage and guide our telemarketing function
* Write proposals and define project scope
* Own targets and pipeline reporting
* Deliver structured handovers to the accounts team
This role will transition sales responsibility from the CEO to you — giving you genuine ownership and influence.
About You
* Proven B2B sales track record (medical devices, healthcare, life sciences or professional services preferred)
* Confident with senior stakeholders
* Commercially sharp and process-driven
* Comfortable working in a content-led, education-focused sales environment
