As our Staffing Manager, youll sit at the heart of our live delivery operation.Leading the staffing function end-to-end, youll oversee recruitment, compliance, payroll, and on-the-ground delivery across campaigns and activations throughout the UK (and occasionally further afield).
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.Youll work closely with the Head of Operations, Account Management teams, and field staff, ensuring every staffing brief is delivered smoothly, compliantly, and to the highest standard.
WHAT YOULL BE UP TO
1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of staffing across live campaigns and activations
2. Line manage, support, and develop the Staffing Team, ensuring performance and wellbeing
3. Delegate staffing briefs, manage team capacity, and keep projects on track
4. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance of field staff
5. Maintain accurate staffing records, right-to-work checks, and staff databases
