About the Role
Combine a smile with a giggle and you’ve got Smiggle! We’re looking for a fun-loving, enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team at MIRANDA. You’ll be the leader of the pack, creating a colourful and energetic store environment that delights kids, parents, and everyone in-between. With your passion for fun products and your love for inspiring teams, you’ll be driving sales, coaching your team, and spreading the Smiggle joy every day.
This flexiblerole of 30-38 hours per week requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

* Create a safe, happy and welcoming environment where customers and team members feel like they’ve just stepped into a Smiggle wonderland.
* Create rosters that keep the store running smoothly and ensure the team is always supported during those peak trading times!
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in leading and coaching a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Previous retail leadership experience.
* Passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
* Proven track record of achieving sales and KPIs while managing stock and wage budgets.
* Visual merchandising experience is a big plus!
