HR Consultant / People Advisor / HR Business Partner

Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, 8:30am-5:00pm
Location: Near Boston, Lincolnshire (primarily on-site with client travel)

We are delighted to partner with a forward-thinking, people-first HR consultancy to recruit a unique position within their Client Partnership Team. This is not your typical HR role, it's broader, faster-paced, and offers exceptional growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
You'll act as a trusted advisor across multiple clients, delivering a broad mix of operational and strategic HR support, including:
Day-to-day HR advice and employment law guidance
ER case management (investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, capability, redundancy)
Recruitment support and onboarding design
Policies, contracts, compliance and HR foundations
Performance, culture and engagement projects
Training delivery and involvement in people-focused projects
What we're looking for:
5+ years' HR experience and CIPD Level 5
Strong employment law knowledge
Excellent communication and IT skills
Able to manage multiple clients, priorities and projects confidently
Proactive, adaptable and relationship-focused
