Responsibilities
Nursing Associate
Band 4, £25,147 - £27,596
Various working hours available across South and North Kirklees. Please note, locations are not limited to those listed in the advert; we have multiple sites throughout these areas.
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Nurse Associates for various roles across North Kirklees and Greater Huddersfield, including night shifts. You will work within the Community Nursing Network team, delivering nursing services and holistic assessments of patients' health needs using a person-centred approach.
This involves providing quality, seamless nursing care to housebound patients and coordinating their care to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions or long-term care placements. You will also have opportunities to facilitate self-care for patients with long-term conditions, participate in health promotion, and engage in innovative activities and projects that enhance service delivery.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable qualified Nurse Associates eager to support high-quality patient care. Ideal candidates will possess energy, enthusiasm, excellent professional skills, and the ability to adapt, communicate effectively, and work reliably and approachable.
We offer flexible working hours to accommodate registration requirements and personal needs, including options for weekends, evenings, or nights. We also provide excellent learning and development opportunities, clinical supervision, and preceptorship for newly qualified nurses.
