Job Description
An independent Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is currently looking for a Prescription Engineer for their base of operations at their Head office in Yorkshire.
A global outreach product specialist serving the Hydropower; Power Generation; Water & Transportation sectors and manufacturing the highest quality of HV Coils & bars for both Generators and motors. This award-winning business requires a highly motivated Partnership Development Manager / Prescription Engineer who is commercially astute that is able to work independently and assist clients by providing tailored solutions.
The position can he home based with occasional travel to HQ and surrounding area; international travel is also a prerequisite of accepting the position as you will be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with engineering consultants and end-users to technical positions the company at the FEED and RFQ stages.
* Support Sales & Commercial teams with technical input for End Users / Clients.
* Company Specification documents created reflecting Technical competencies and value proposition of the business.
* Stakeholder Engagement and Business Acumen; Strong commercial communication
* Develop value proposition within the sales team.
Candidate Requirements:
* Electrical Engineering Degree
* At least 5 years’ experience of B2B Consulting Prescription experience.
* Experience in Generator; Motor; HV rotating electrical equipment refurbishment & Modernisation with Hydro or Power Generation
* Expert knowledge of Electrical testing standards
Salary & Package:
