We are recruiting for a Project Administrator for a MICE Company who handles international conferences, events and incentives coming from international companies travelling to the UK.
We are looking for a Project Administrator who will support the Project Managers who are handling enquiries from international clients bringing Meeting, Incentives, Events and Conferences to the UK and Ireland.
This will be a varied and busy role and will include research, some preparation of events such as marketing communications, gathering information on destinations around the UK and Ireland and supporting the team in a wide range of administration details. Its a great opportunity for someone who wants to get in the MICE industry!
Fluency in English is essential Spanish would be useful. This is a small specialist company and they work as a team. Highly professional and have many of their clients for years.
Office based in Clapham, the company provide a lovely atmosphere and hoping to continue and develop their teams skills and progression. The team work 4 days a week in the office, one day from home.
