Overview of the Dealership Car Parking Coordinator Role
As the Car Parking Coordinator, you will oversee the organisation of all dealership car parking areas, ensuring vehicles are managed efficiently for both customers and internal teams. You will play a critical part in maintaining the high standards expected from a premium automotive brand, delivering excellence in operational logistics at our Brooklands site.
Key Responsibilities of the Car Parking Coordinator
* Efficiently manage the allocation, organisation, and monitoring of all customer and dealership vehicles throughout the parking facilities.
* Liaise with sales, service, and workshop teams to support seamless vehicle movement and timely access as required by operational schedules.
* Assist customers by providing clear directions and support upon arrival and departure, delivering a positive first and last impression.
* Inspect and maintain designated parking areas to uphold the Mercedes-Benz standard of presentation, safety, and security.
* Monitor and report on parking usage and issues, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
* Utilise dealership systems to record vehicle locations accurately and update relevant departments as required.
