Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Sandwell based within the Looked After Children team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will work with children and families to achieve the desired outcomes, including discharging care orders and attending and participating in strategy meetings. You will conduct Looked After Children reviews, complete care plans, and prepare Child Permanence Reports (CPR) and Pathway Plans. Additionally, you will complete Children and Family Assessments and engage in multi-agency work with partner agencies.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
