The Academic Services department is the cornerstone of the University. It provides essential and valuable support to both academic and student services and the Academic departments, helping the University to function in the most efficient and productive way, ensuring that the students' experience is second to none. We are seeking a motivated Quality Administrator to help maintain robust quality processes across the University, ensuring programme data, documentation, and regulatory requirements are managed accurately and consistently. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Academic Services - Quality, you will help support updates arising from course validations and contribute to key sector timelines including LLE implementation. In this role, you'll ensure data is correct, consistent, and audit-ready, working closely with colleagues across the institution. You'll help manage documentation, carry out routine checks, and keep our quality processes running smoothly. This is an excellent entry point into quality assurance and higher education administration, with full training provided on all systems and procedures. About You *Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. *Confident using IT systems and learning new software. *Able to follow procedures, organise your workload, and solve straightforward issues. *Clear communicator who works well with a range of colleagues. *Administrative or data-handling experience is beneficial.
