We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our systems
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
* Utilise Zenoti Booking System, Google Workspace, and Trello for various clerical tasks
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Zenoti and Google Workspace
* Experience with AI Tech is advantageous but not mandatory
* Excellent organisational skills with an ability to multitask effectively
* Proficient typing skills for data entry tasks
* Demonstrated clerical experience will be beneficial

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,550.00 per year
