About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused Office Manager & Onboarding Support to be the heartbeat of our workplace. This hybrid role blends operational excellence with a warm, welcoming touch—ensuring our office runs smoothly and new team members feel supported from day one.
You’ll be the go-to person for office logistics, and support for onboarding processes while also supporting light project management initiatives and fostering a vibrant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, functional, and welcoming environment.
* Plan and execute internal events including team socials, seasonal celebrations (e.g., Christmas party), and ad hoc gatherings.
* Foster a positive and inclusive office culture through thoughtful engagement and responsiveness.
* Maintain organized records and systems to support smooth operations.
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflows and enhance team productivity.
Onboarding & Offboarding Support Serve as the primary point of contact for new joiners and leavers.
* Coordinate onboarding logistics including workspace setup, tech provisioning, and welcome materials.
* Manage the communication and storage employment contracts and other internal documentation for new hires.
* Facilitate smooth offboarding processes including equipment return and access revocation.
Admin & Project Support
* Provide administrative support to leadership and team members as needed.
