Interim Finance Manager - up to 12 month FTC
I'm delighted to be partnered with a well-known organisation based in the Wigan area. They are in need of a Finance Manager, initially on a contract basis; however, the likelihood of this role becoming longer-term/permanent is high.
You will be directly managing 2 members of staff. This will be a fast-paced, all-encompassing role that's integral to this arm of the organisation.
Key duties:
* Overall P&L and balance sheet responsibility
* Accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
* Line management and training/development
* Preparation of the annual budgets and customer forecasts to strict timelines and standards
* Partner with non-finance areas of the business
* Assisting with information gathering for new business bids
* Reporting and monitoring of key performance indicators
What you'll bring:
* Ideally fully/part-qualified Accountant - though someone QBE could be considered
* Previous experience managing employees
* Excellent IT skills
* An analytical approach to your work
