We’re looking for a caring, reliable, and detail‑oriented Housekeeper to help create a clean, safe, and calming environment for residents living with dementia. Your work plays a vital role in supporting residents’ comfort, dignity, and wellbeing, helping them feel secure and at home in familiar surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clean resident bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to a high standard
2. Manage laundry and linen, ensuring items are returned to the correct residents
3. Follow infection‑control, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures
4. Use cleaning equipment and products safely and appropriately
5. Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
6. Work sensitively around residents’ routines, needs, and personal space

What We’re Looking For:

7. Kind, patient, and respectful when supporting people living with dementia
8. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a welcoming environment
9. Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Heather Vale in Chesterfield is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 39 residents.
