The Purchase Ledger Clerk role entails:
* Being the main point of contact for all internal and external purchase ledger communications
* Post and pay all supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
* Complete bank reconciliations
* Reconciliation of supplier statements and individual client accounts
* Liaising with managers and suppliers to resolve invoice queries
The person:
* +2 years of Purchase Ledger experience
* Happy in the office 5 days a week
* A strong, proactive work ethic
* Exemplary IT skills with use of a number of accounting software’s
