Are you a technically minded, hard working Newly qualified solicitor, Paralegal or CILEx with experience working within a court of protection team? If so we want to hear from you..
On behalf of our client we are looking for a newly qualified solicitor, CILEx or paralegal with experience of working with vulnerable clients.
Our ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Court of Protection processes and procedures, with experience of making applications in that Court and looking after the financial affairs of vulnerable people under Deputyship Orders.
You will also have
1. Experience of looking after clients’ financial affairs under a Lasting or Enduring Power of Attorney.
2. Able to advise clients on all aspects of Court of Protection matters, and have the ability to look after our clients’ financial affairs with integrity and sensitivity.
3. You will also have the autonomy to deal with your own case load, with the support of the other members of our experienced team.
4. The ideal candidate will need to be able to deal with clients and their families at vulnerable stages in their lives with sensitivity and compassion.
