Machine Operator
Pertemps Stoke are currently recruiting for a skilled Machine Operator to join our client’s team in the ST7 area. This is an excellent temp-to-perm position for someone who is hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities of this Machine Operator role:
* Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
* Loading, feeding, and monitoring machines throughout the shift
* Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any issues
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised work area
* Working as part of a supportive team to meet production targets
* Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience Required for this Machine Operator role:
* Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing/production environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail
* Good teamwork skills and a positive work ethic
* Basic mechanical understanding is advantageous
* Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
Details of this Machine Operator role:
* Hours of work: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30 | Friday 08:00–15:30
* Hourly rate: £12.21ph – Increases when set on permanently
* Location: ST7 Area
* Duration: Temp to perm
