We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who excels in both recruitment and business development. If you have a proven track record in recruitment and are motivated by the opportunity to grow your own client base, this role could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth while managing recruitment processes for our clients. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

🎯 Business Development – Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients to expand business opportunities. You will have the autonomy to develop your own client base and offer tailored recruitment solutions.

📞 Candidate Sourcing – Leveraging job boards, social media, and local networks to attract top talent for our clients.

🤝 Client Engagement – Collaborating with local businesses to deeply understand their recruitment needs and deliver high-quality candidates.

🧾 Admin & Systems – Managing candidate and client information with accuracy and ensuring our systems are up to date.

✅ Compliance & Reporting – Ensuring all recruitment processes comply with industry standards and are audit-ready.

What We’re Looking For

We’re specifically seeking an experienced recruiter who thrives in a business development role. If you have a strong track record in recruitment and enjoy building relationships with clients, this role is ideal for you.
