Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a supportive, close-knit team? Our 20-bedded family-run nursing home in Falmouth is seeking a Day Nurse to join us full-time. With a Good CQC rating, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment where residents and staff are truly valued.

💼 The Role: As a Day Nurse, you’ll be a key part of our care team, leading by example and ensuring residents receive the best possible care and attention throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
* Administering medications and managing clinical tasks effectively and safely
* Leading shifts and supervising care staff to ensure standards are consistently met
* Maintaining accurate care records and communicating with healthcare professionals and families
* Supporting the emotional and physical well-being of residents
* Promoting dignity, independence, and choice for all residents
🧠 Skills & Requirements:
* A valid NMC pin and Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
* Excellent clinical and communication skills
* A kind, caring nature and commitment to person-centred care
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Previous nursing home experience is desirable, but not essential
